brave butterfly

Tuesday morning, just after my plane landed in Atlanta, I was looking out the window as we taxied to the terminal and saw what, to me, was just an amazing sight - a butterfly, maybe as big as my hand, flitting around the wing of the plane. Something about that moment has stayed with me this week...the image of one small, delicate butterfly flying around on the runways of one of the busiest airports in the country, keeping company amongst these massive metal jets...such a surprise, and yet such an enchanting moment.
