Driving School 101

When it's raining and you're using your windshield wipers, your headlights should be turned on. This will help other cars see your car in the diminished visibility created by the unbelievable downpour everyone is driving through.

In California, it is now against the law to drive without your headlights on if your windshield wipers are on as well (i.e. if it is raining/snowing).
