A letter to myself

Dear Self:

Quit thinking so much on long drives! Your emotional health would be so much more stable if you would just sing along to the songs on the radio and watch out for the cops who would love nothing more than to pull your speeding ass over. Thoughtful musings only make the stress you're under worse.

And Self? (Yes?) The whole twisting your brain around completely random ideas as you fall asleep? That could stop, too.

Long drives are notorious for over thinking and over analysis. I spend a lot of time thinking on my numerous two-hour trips between Norman and my parents' house in Broken Arrow. Too much time thinking, actually...
