Rain, rain, go away!

I am normally a morning person, but the one thing that is guaranteed to make me pull the covers back over my head when the alarm goes off is a rainy day. I'm not talking about drizzle and grey skies. I'm talking about the pouring-down rain type of mornings that are still dark enough that your brain thinks it's much earlier than it really is.

This morning is one of those mornings. I would love nothing better than to get back in bed and curl up with a good book. It's so dark outside that I can't even rely on the natural light coming through my windows like I normally do! Bleh...what a yucky day.
